We can install systems that achieve as high as 97% efficiency with natural gas. If something other than natural gas is an option in your Massachusetts neighborhood, we also offer propane and electric conversions.

(FHA) Ducted air conditioning and heating units offer climate control for multiple rooms and areas, utilizing a network of air ducts (existing or field-designed) using a single set of equipment. Shahood and Sons will design durable ducted HVAC systems that work perfectly for whole home comfort. Our equipment will adequately heat and cool a large area with many rooms. Our ducted AC units come in various configurations, making finding a model that meets your heating and cooling needs easy. Service vs. Maintenance

Routine Maintenance is performed on working systems. If your current heating or cooling system has any irregularities, we require running a service diagnostic first. 

Once the system works as intended, we will perform the Maintenance starting at $185.
