I had the pleasure of hiring Shahood & Sons for a recent plumbing issue in my home. Quintin was the plumber that came with his apprentice Victor. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive.
They arrived on time after texting me ahead of time to let me know they were coming. Their clear communication made me feel at ease, as they explained the issue and the necessary repair. They took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood the work that needed to be done.
Their friendly and approachable demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable with their recommendations and trusted their suggestions.
Not only did they excel in the technical aspects of their work, but they also left my home in immaculate condition, cleaning up after themselves as if they were never there.
I greatly appreciated them texting photos of the completed work along with a detailed explanation to keep in my files. This not only served as a record of the excellent job they had done but also demonstrated Shahood & Sons’ commitment to their customers.
